Since Henry the Eighth the English Monarcs have been defenders of the protestant faith. Prince Charles has stated he wants a multi faith coronation ceromany, which includes Muslims,Hindi and sikh's. The question is, ''not if, but, when will Britain become a Muslim state'? If this is not so what do you think will stop this.happening?.

Note to Rationali---I'm sorry my spelling is not that good, unfortunately I suffer wit dyslexia. Even with spell check this does not help. However, there is no excuse for taking the p??s out of soeone with a dissability such as mine because I have approched a subject you disagree with. I am used to remarks of your nature and usually find it is the person who does the abusing who needs help more than I. A few spelling mistakes providing the meaning of the text is clear should not make a difference to honest open debate. Do you actually want all those with disabbilities such as mine off the net. May be you should seek out a councilor to help you with your problem maybe you just need a couse on treating people with humanity.

Who cares what Prince Charles is? He has no real power anyway.

Firstly, it's time you learnt to spell, or at least found out about that little button above the data entry area - the one marked "Check Spelling" :-)

Charles will, under the current constitution HAVE to be defender of the Church of England. This country is Legally a christian country. It's laws are based on the Christian ethic and are not likely to change in the near future.

As for the place becoming a mohommedan state, there'd be a civil war first. People who infiltrate countries in that manner are known as 5th columnists. They usually get treated as traitors or collaborators and shot.

Apart from that, why would anyone want to turn a civilised sophisticated country into a mohommedan murder paradise, which is what would probably happen. Everybody from different religious groups stoned or beheaded or forced to convert. Even the so-called moderate moslems could find themselves being killed off for not being moslem enough or not the right sect.

I guess you must have got your information from somewhere and I'm supposing you are aware that many people will call themselves christian but not actually be 'practising' christians, but I have checked on this website and there are way more christians than muslims in the uk.
I have read somewhere that the anti christ will be trying to bring unity to faith followers in a one world religion, so this is not a surprise. It won't stop true followers of christ from being martyred, as they already are in some countries. This only brings on the return of Jesus a bit closer.
I don't know if Britain will become a Muslim state at some time, but I do know the Holy Spirit is coming to our country in a big way, and we are about to see many people turn to christ.

I don't think you have got your facts right, there are still many more practising Christians in the UK and an even greater number of nominal ones. It is up to all those Christians to stand up and be counted, you don't see many Muslims hiding their faith the way Christians tend to and no doubt this is why we get wrong info which leads to the fear of being ruled by sharia law.

In fact the UK consist of around 60% christian, 5% Muslim. Very Roughly.

Loads of other faiths and beliefs too. It's a rich and vibrant multi-cultural society,eh?

I think he must be totally out of touch to have said what he did. Can't he see the trouble that Muslims are causing? Not a single day passes without another incident. Perhaps the discrimination against Catholics - especially the Act of Settlement - will come to an end too, but I doubt it.

Muslims - 5 Pillars of Islam: a) Shahadah - profession of religion b) Salah - Prayer 5 circumstances an afternoon c) Zakah - Charity d) Sawm - Fasting for the period of the Holy month of Ramadan e) Hajj - Pilgrimage to the Holy city of Mecca (atleast as quickly as in a life-time)

It does not suprise me that there are more Muslims, attending the Mosques and observing the Ramadan month of fasting etc. etc. than there are "Born Again Belivers".

Mat 7:13-14
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (KJV)

Mat 7:21
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (KJV)

Don't worry about it. Christians don't have to practice - we have had it sorted for 2000 years. The real ones - not the loony toons . If Prince Charles wants to be defender of the faiths - it won't make a bit of difference.

He is simply being polite and mindful of a variety of people. I don't think Britain will ever become Muslim.

Prince Charles is up to ridicule. He was unfaithful in his marriage and wants to be the defender of faiths. Poor faiths.
