Buffalo, NY is the nearest major American city to Toronto. It's 95 miles (150km) away.

Driving time will vary depending on where in the city you wish to go, and when. Generally, Buffalo to Downtown Toronto is about 1h45m, give or take a few minutes, during the week outside of rush hour.
