In most states a vouyer tape is NOT illegal (insane huh) but audio taping them is....(really insane) If the vouyer is not on your property then he can claim that is was made as a surveilance or research tape....our laws need to change. You can tape a woman taking a shower but you cannot tape a stalker calling you on the phone without their permission....click. INSANE...

Like with any state, it relies upon on the place you reside. in case you reside interior the large cities, it quite is not a rustic state. in case you reside interior the country, it quite is a rustic state. I even have travelled to many states and have chanced on that to be actual. growing to be up in St. Louis, yet spending the final twenty years in a Missouri small city, i'm able to inform you that neither is conscious of the different exists.
