Take it from me, girlfriend, guys have built-in radar for a lot of things that have to do with women. They can pick up on a "needy woman" at fifty paces in a halflight, and depending on which of two types of men he happens to be, he will either run like a deer, or exploit the situation to his own advantage... maybe play the "hard to get" game with you... letting you think he just might be interested, but still keeping his safe distance -- or else taking full advantage of your "willingness" - if ya get my d rift. The other possibility of course is that he really doesn't know you exist and doesn't want to . Doesn't mean there is anything wrong with YOU, just means you aren't his type Nobody can be everyone's type. LOL Just move right along. Plenty more fish in the sea than came out of it. Tastier ones too.

This rarely happens to a woman my age.
At your age, try to get to know the guy by introducing yourself or having an introduction made by friends. For example, you might find out what parties or other social functions he may attend and then make sure you are invited too. Perfect opportunity.
In the meantime, realize that you don't really like someone you haven't met. You are merely experienceing an attraction to physical or behavioral attributes you have observed. For all you know the boy's a jerk, but let's be positive and wish you find him to be different and that you two will get to know one another and enjoy a pleasant relationship.

You do exist. If I were you I would keep on doing that without him. After all, there are alot of existing guys who will recognize your existence.
On the other hand, if you really like the guy you might want to let your prescence be known.

If he is a boyfriend then drop him and if he is someone you are interested in and have already tried to gain his attention then I suggest you move on. You are a unique person and there WILL be a nice guy out there who will notice you and only you.

I try and talk to that person, expressing my concerns, and if that doesnt get me anywhere, I try to come to terms with that thought and my feelings, and decide if it's worth feeling the pain of him treating me like a no one, or to be single and making myself feel like im a someone. Try talking to him, and if you can't get where you want with that, try telling yourself and helping yourself with knowing that there are other people out there who are going to treat you like a goddess, and the one person who is making you feel like no one is going to be a speck on your radar because you are better than that.

Here's a little piece of advice. As long as you are following him like a puppy and constantly giving him attention he will keep ignoring you b/c you are making yourself to available and he knows that. Start pretending like he doesn't exist and he will come to you.

Treat him the same way. This is one of those few instances where the "eye for an eye" rule applies.

Move on while staying cordial (friendly, but not overly so). That way if he's just so shy that he's just acting not interested, it will give him time to show his interest.
