how can i get my convocation certificate?I passed out in 1995?

I hope this is same as diploma or degree.

Write to the institute that was suppose to give you the certificate give dates type of certificate and if possible references. the date from-to convocation date will help also.

If you did not get it tel them why? Were you sick, out of town?

They may still have the original, in that case go pick it up or have it mailed.

Offer to pay the cost of papering a duplicate.
