i dnt no what vitamin will be the best to use as i want to get something which will help with growth in height and bones e.t.c.I allredy have some vitamin d and calcium tablets but i also found out that vitamin e is good.I want something which wil make the biggest effect on my bone growth and height in particular.There are so many vitamins!!but i want something which will be safe for me to use causing no effects.I am 16 so nthing drastic which i will have to live the rest of my life taking.hehe.so,ye if anyone has any past experiences or answers that would be helpful.thnx.

It is best to not take pills, but to obtain your nutrition through natural foods. There are often times cofactors which activate the necessary vitamins and minerals to do their job properly... when you take a pill, much of what you are taking goes right through you and has a minimal effect.

STAY AWAY FROM SODA! Including diet sodas.They have phosphorous in them that breaks down your bones and caffeine that can stunt your growth. DO DRINK milk, eat eggs, cheese, yogurt, beans, nuts, and some meats. Make sure you get iodine in your diet (it is necessary for the thyroid to produce growth hormone). You can get iodine from seafood or from iodized salt.

best 4 bone growth is vit D and calcium.....but there excess is also bad at the same time.......so u better take multivitamin like CENTRUM which have got balanced vitamins.....best way is 2 take 4 a month then dont take next month....start again month next 2 that....and so on.......also take them with food not on empty stomach......once a day........
