IN ENGLAND IT IS ELEVEN YEARS OLD....ITS NOT 21 AS MY SON AS JUST TURNED ELEVEN AND HE AS FULL CONTROL OF HIS ACCOUNT...THE ALL SO SENT HIM A .ATM. CARD

If you have an account and a picture Id you should be able to withdraw at you institution if you are a co-owner of the account. It cant be an account that your parents are in custody of. They would have to pull the money out.

Age should not matter. You need to own the money (account) and be able to show identification that you are the owner.
