My bf likes to race his car (a mustang) against other cars from people in our area but last night he would not let me ride in the car with him he normally does let me ?he gave no reason and i felt hurt?he said i could come and watch . He was also supposed to have raced my comaro last night as well. But i said no i wanted to race my own car he said the roads have to many turns for me to drive as a begginer and it was going to rain.He had the nerve to take my car keys!to make sure i could not race!

I went anyway with a friend to watch he did not race my car but i still feel really mad he went through my purse without permission!

While you may be mad, think about this: he probably knew that it was going to piss you off, but he loves you enough to not let you drive in that situation. He will eventually let you have your own way. You should talk to him about it and make him give you a reason. But you should also thank him for his efforts in trying to keep you alive and safe.

Be thankful that your bf is considering your safety. Also, drag racing is against the law and too many people end up hurt if anything would go wrong. If you and him would get into an accident your insurance would sky rocket and also the legal fees that your parents would encounter would be astronomical to get you out of the trouble. If you want to race find a track that have cars you can use. Be safe.

Sounds like you better check your birth certificate and make sure his name is not listed as "Father", cause he seems to think it is.
Hard telling why he told you you could not ride with him the other night....maybe he was trying to impress somebody (sorry). That might also have been why he didn't want you driving; cause he didn't want the two of you running into each other on the track.
I'd be watching his moves from now on and if he starts acting too frisky away from home or wanting to leave you at home more often...then I'd be for asking him point blank what is going on. But, I would definitely not stand still for him taking MY car keys away!!!!

going through your purse is morally wrong but in this case i have to agree with him .And you should never be in a car that is racing even as a passenger .To be honest anyone who races cars on the road should be stopped by the police it is far to dangerous .Ask any proffesional racing driver they will tell you the same thing .

Find a boyfriend who doesn't race cars outside a racetrack. It's illegal, reckless, dangerous and callous. The same applies to your desire to race cars. Your hunt for thrills is overwhelming your desire to live. Not a great combination!
