If there was no work, why do they keep coming? I'm sick of your racist hate mail, i'm not even Mexican,lol. Part of the reason I ask these questions is to do a study on how many people will give a response that is hateful. I simply just don't care about illegals. If some illegal takes my job its because he's doing the same work for less. Business owners care about overhead and profits more then they care about keeping blue collar workers happy. I agree there should be limits set on how many come in, but I also believe who wants to come here should be able to. And building a fence, please what is this the 'great wall of mexico'?

Absolutely not. The undocumented are not taking "blue collar" jobs. They are taking "no collar" jobs--in particular backbreaking farm labor.

You see the problem with the illegal immigration is this. Before the invasion of millions and millions of the illegals coming here to the USA they were coming to work in the fields and we didn't mind. They used to stay around the states that have agriculture and that was around the western states. But now they, the illegals are coming in in masses to every state in the country and getting all king of jobs, specially in construction, factories, etc. And this we cannot tolerated because now our American middle class jobs are getting taken. What the pro illegals and the government is saying that we don't want to work is a lie because factory and constructions jobs we the Americans have always done. If they are doing the job for less that means that they are competing with the Americans and that's unfair. Then they send all that money to Mexico draining our economy, affecting every thing that is American. They are like an epidemic to our society.

No, they are not being sold out. Giving a job to an illegal is a crime.
Call the authorities and turn in those employers. If the blue-collar can't have the job, no one should. Shut 'em down, mate.
Illegals keep arriving because they believe in America.

You clearly do not understand the problem of illegal immigration. WE cannot simply allow millions of people to come here illegally, without learning the language, and not following the employment laws.
I think it is the government selling out the blue collar people. They are the ones who refuse to stop this madness.
I am going to enjoy when they do start cracking down on employers. I will enjoy watching people being handcuffed at day laborer sites.

You're doing a study? Great. In the course of your studies, why don't you study how much this entire mess is costing the United States?
Mexico's a net drain on our economy, the way things are going.
The United States is being driven heavily into debt to pay for everyone else's bullshit, including Mexico's. I vote to stop it by supporting the border fence.
Further, I think YOU are the racist in the family, truth be told, people that are quickest to accuse on that stuff are typically the ones carrying around a little chip on their shoulder...

we should also say the employers should be shot for paying looow wages to these people. they are taking advantage of them poor people. OK, so their illegal. they use some one Else's info to work. considering all this. the company's still have no right to pay them less then what they would pay an American citizen.so not only are the illegals breaking the law by being here illegally. the company who hired them is breaking the law by hiring them. cheap labor is wrong. it's like slave labor. and thank the good lord, and ab Lincoln slavery was abolished.

Wages are determined by supply and demand, the more supply of workers, the lower the wages will be. Every person you add means less wages for everyone else. It is awful generous of you to be willing to surrender your job and lifestyle, but pretty rotten of you to make that decision for your neighbors too.

I was a welder for many years.. I am unable to compete with this labor force. I can't raise my family on 10 buks a hour. Go to any production welding shop anywhere. Simply suks..
