The common white mushroom has none, Brown mushrooms and portobelos or porcini have minimum nutritional value. I read an article a couple of years ago,, and the two foods that have the least nutrit value are white mushrooms and iceberg lettuce. The article went on to say that if you're on a diet and limiting caloric intake, you could do more harm than good by eating these two items in a salad. It sald a salad IS a good idea, but make it with spinach or dark green curly leaf varieties of lettuce, and brown mushrooms.
