chopped onions, red and yellow peppers (not too much) a couple of chili peppers. Chopped mushrooms and/or cream of mushroom soup. The vegetables should be chopped real small or ground. Boil the rice separately. Mix it all up, make little flat cakes or fingers, roll them in flour and egg and fry in a pan.
Alternatively serve the rice separate from the meat.

Make spicy meatballs with the ground pork, some bread crumbs, minced onion and garlic, and hot sauce. Fry them until brown and then set aside. Reserve two tablespoons of drippings.

Stir fry sliced mushrooms, green pepper strips, pineapple chunks, onion slices, and fresh garlic in oil with a dash of Worchestershire sauce. Drain and add to the meatballs.

Make gravy by adding two tablespoons of flour to two tablespoons of drippings. Cook until light brown, season with pepper and salt, and add enough milk to form a medium gravy.

Mix the meatballs, veggies, and gravy, then serve over the cooked rice.

You should look online for a Chinese recipe called Ma Po Tofu. It's really good, and it uses ground pork (along with tofu) and is served over rice. I think it is spicy.

You first need something sweet--like a chunky applesauce, cranberry sauce, or peaches. Then add some "fire" like fried hot peppers, onions, and appropriate spices.
