He is like my best friend's brother. He also is one year younger than me. I am scared to ask him out bcuz I see him all the time when I'm with my best friend and I don't want to ruin our friendship!! Should I ask him out?

Seriously depending on your age judge how long a relationship may last the younger ..typically the shorter and when it ends oh dear it may be that blood etc may be thicker than water as they say The other thing to bear in mind is that you should live for today and enjoy life you are only this way once so if you really want ..then go out and get and enjoy each and every day

I say go for it, if that's what you want to do. The only problem that could possibly arise, is between you and your best friend. I say this because if you and her brother, do decide to go out and you stop seeing each other, on bad terms, it could cause problems between you and her, after all, blood is thicker than water. This is just a worst case scenario.
