Hell no. Anyone who would drive that way is an idiot and deserves to get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I drove once after smoking pot. Never wanna do it again, which I'm not a pothead. I only smoke once in a blue moon.. It's been over 5 years. Moon hasn't been blue for a while.. I may never smoke again. I didn't get caught or have a crash. Nothing bad happened. I just got scared. I drove drunk several times. Nothing bad happened. The longest drive was around an hour and half. Scared myself a few times in curves. The last time I drove drunk was over 4 years. Hopefully I will never drink again.

I was stopped for speeding at 10:30am after having been at work that morning. The officer ran a BAT which came up .21 (YIKES) we had the blood tests which confirmed the same thing. What people do not realize is (I am a slender female) is that I had had NOTHING that morning and had functioned fine at work. This was from drinking Evan Williams up until 11:30 the night before and bowling (thought activity would keep it from "sticking") (I was not the driver that night, had a Designated Driver..capitalized because it should be a title) and getting up at 6:30am. My body could not process the alcohol because of lack of body fat and it stayed in my system. Quit drinking at that time (4 yrs ago).

I am in recovery and I must say by the grace of God I never hurt anyone. I go to A.A. so I never do that again. One member from my group went out and killed a family of 3. I was never caught and charged but had I been I would have deserved arrest and jail. My wrecks had my car insurance up to 400.00 a month. I now have nothing on my car history because I have been sober enough years.

I did it but would not do it again. There was a story from NY where a drunk driver killed some people in an accdent and was convicted of murder! The stakes are high.

I'm pretty good at driving drunk.
On the other hand, I can NOT drive when I'm stoned. Cars seem like they move a lot faster.
