Yes, you have rights, when you are blacked out or passed out, you can not give consent. They could be charged with rape.

What kind of sex movie can it be if you were blacked out? Everyone has rights, go to the police tell them your story, sounds like rape to me. Don't be a victim. good luck

Yes. If you have blacked out you are not able to give consent to any acts carried out on you.

By not getting into such a state in the first place then this problem would not arise.

No it may be what is needed to get you sober. There is no way to predict if or when you black out. The other people that aren't addicts/alcholics may not understand a black out is you failing to remember your actions. you have absolutly no recourse. Make it the best thing that ever happened because it took that to sober you up.

Uh yeah...it could be classified as assault...sure they will give you crap about being drunk and it was your fault..but if you blacked out and was not fully aware of what was going on, that is against the law

You have the right to get to AA and stop drinking so much

And if you had not consented to the sex have a right to press charges
