It happened to me again! I fianally got the plumber paid off. We have decided not to renew the paper. We had our credit cards down to were we owed like $200 on one and less than $100 on another. And we thought "Yes!!! in a few months we'll be all set!"
NOT any more! My van died and we had to get another one! So now I owe a lot more than $300!
Isn't that the pits? When that happens? Does it happen that way to you too?

im running my credit really badly right now.
i mean i just got a best buy card. i owe almost 1,000 bucks on that.
then bill me later like 100.00 bucks
and other cards like between 400.00 and up.
so my plan for everyone to hear out is make payment like 30 to 50 dollars, then you can start making bigger payments to get rid of those finaince charges. just keep one or 2 credit cards.
don't max out that either.

Not to rain in on the pity party, but I bought a car and paid it off within 1 year. About 2 weeks later, the idler pulley snapped because it was freezing. All the intake and exhaust valves were bent. The car was not worth rebuilding the engine. I had to buy a new (preowned) car. Oh well, $15K down the toilet. No need to cry over spilled milk.

The thing that I am grateful for is that I live below my means. I was able to pay off the car in 1 year.
