I have a friend who cuts his hair bald and I think he uses soap but I can't say for sure.

I know a bald man who shaves his hair (what's left from it I mean) and he uses shower gel for both body and head.
I also know bald men who don't shave their head and they use shampoo.

Bald men use soap because they have no hair so their washing their skin and you use soap to wash your skin.

htey should use shampoo because soap is not formulated for the scalp as it is way more harsh than shampoo

Soap will dry the scalp and make it itch. use shampoo.
