Doesn't it look like that some supernatural creator is controlling the system of earth.

I have an indirect answer:
I don't believe that God drove the other girl's car into mine. I don't believe that God made my muscles go into permanent spasm. I do believe that when I prayed for healing, God heard and answered, "no." I believe that His answer of "no" is what is best for me because He is my Father and He is all-knowing and all-powerful.
Why is it what's best for me? Because without the pain, I would not have surrendered my self-serving self-aggradizement and realized that I am completely dependent on Him. I would not have gotten a renewed prayer life and a renewed relationship with Him. I would not have answered the call to serve otheers rather than myself. I would not have had this opportunity to make my calling and election sure.
God puts the spirit inside a human body. It is up to that person to love God and follow Jesus of his own free will.

There is no such thing as a spirit or soul. Just what one chooses to believe. The non believer says that the "soul" is merely in the mind. It is a vocalization of one's self conciense.
For the believer the exact opposite applies.

if there really is a god, "he" set things into motion to do their own thing. weather is a system of its own. hurricanes are pressure valves, when the earths water gets too hot, a hurricane is formed to relieve the pressure and get back to normal

I see it differently. God created the universe, and with that, we got the laws of physics and weather. We live in sinful world and bad things happen.
I do NOT think God punishes people. Remember, God said He would not create disasters after the Noah flood.

Satan did,
He comes to still, kill, and destroy,
God comes to love, give peace, and eternal life.
If one doesn't know the personality's of the two, they will never figure out who did what to whom.
God is the Crater,
Satan is the destruction of all the creation of God.
