Does anyone know how they make this drink? Do they use milk? If so if i went to starbucks and asked them to make it wil Skim milk.. I will not sound stupid will I.

Yes, they can make it with milk. You can ask them to make it with skim milk. They have lots of variations on their menu and most of the baristas are very friendly.

Tastes like chai and cream. It's delicious! Try it! Peppermint mocha and green tea frappuccinos are amazing too!

That particular frap. is made with the chi-tea concemtrate and the cream beverage base which is a white powder and skim milk (I don't know whats in the powder, sorry, I know its sweet though!)
