Soft Burritos are good. Omelets are good. Chili, soups, stews are good. All kinds of macaroni casseroles are good including spaghetti. How about those to start?

I hope that isn't for the rest of your life... if it is, I would find a new dentist.
Anyhow, if you just need soft food for now, try a nice omelet, pancakes, creamy macaroni and cheese. Maybe if you made something like chili, you can cook the ground beef first and then put it in your blender or food processor to grind it up real small, and then put it with the rest of the chili ingredients. I've actually done this for my Dad... and it was good.
Soups are always good. Potato soup, veggie soup, etc. Anything that is smooth. Make a Shepherd's pie with the ground up meat and some mashed potatoes.
Good luck to ya!
