I can't figure out what this dish (you had) might be called - sure would be easier to find it.
Here's something that might get you by until you find the "Real McCoy"...
http://www.bettycrocker.com

"Breakfast Biscuit Sandwiches" - 4 sandwiches

2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 Pillsbury Microwave frozen buttermilk biscuits (from 16 oz. bag)
4 slices packaged precooked bacon; cut in half crosswise

1) Spray 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into pie plate.
2) Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH about 1 minute and 30 seconds, lifting edge with spatula to let egg mixture run underneath - every 30 seconds - until set. Fold in half; if still wet, microwave 30 seconds longer. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with plastic wrap.
3) Microwave biscuits and bacon as directed on packages.
4) Split warm biscuits horizontally; place on 4 individual serving plates. Cut eggs into 4 wedges. Place eggs and bacon on bottom halves of biscuits. Cover with top halves of biscuits.

I have tried everything I can come up with at Google search, but I really think it would help alot if you can come back and provide a little more of what you remember of the dish. Was the egg hard-cooked and sliced? Was the egg hard-cooked and chopped up in a sauce? Are you sure it was a biscuit, not a muffin?
I'd like to help, if you could provide more info. - you've got my curiosity up now! Thanks...

Thanks for coming back - but I think I'm more lost now than I was before!
I went to allrecipes.com, at the top of the page next to their Search button, I clicked a link called "Ingredient Search". I typed in biscuit, egg, and bacon. I couldn't figure out what you want.
I think you should go there - it looks like a cool place to me.
In the meantime, I'm going to give you one more recipe - the only other one that comes to my mind...

"Eggs Benedict" - 4 servings

3 egg yolks; at room temperature
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1/2 cup butter or margarine; melted
2 English muffins; split
Butter or margarine; softened
4 slices Canadian-style bacon or country ham
4 eggs
Chopped parsley

1) In covered blender container at medium speed, blend egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and cayenne until smooth.
2) Remove center of cover (or cover). Continue blending, gradually adding 1/2 cup melted butter in a fine stream, until sauce is smooth and thickened. Pour into small bowl or top of double boiler; keep warm over hot water.
3) Spread each muffin half lightly with butter. Place buttered-side up on broiler pan with bacon or ham alongside. Broil 4" from heat until muffins are golden and bacon is heated through. Keep warm.
4) Lightly grease a saucepan or deep skillet; add 1 1/2" water. Over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Break 1 egg into a saucer; gently slip egg into water. Repeat with remaining eggs; cook 3-5 minutes until desired doneness. Remove eggs from water with slotted spoon.
5) On heated platter, place muffin halves; top with bacon, then egg. Spoon sauce over all; garnish with parsley.

Much luck - hope you find what you're looking for!
