at what age did you start getting past the ( cooties-lol) and get interested in the opposite sex?

I would have to say at about the age of 13 I was interested in the opposite sex, and as for the cooties, I didn't get past that until I was 16, but I did not have My first kiss until then, and I thought it was horrible, and didn't do it again until I was 18, and had been intoxicated, and it was done on a dare.

I was never really into the whole cooties thing. I grew up with a bunch of guys so I became interested in them alot sooner than most girls did. I am still to this day just one of the "guys" with the group of men I hang out with! Guess that makes me an early bloomer ;)
