At least 8 hours and up to around 30 depending on the strength of alcahol that you consume. But you must take 8 as a minimum especially if you're driving.

It depends on the individual it stays in the blood longer.
If you are concidering going out and drinking don't bother with the car for at least 30Hours if you are having a session. you would not be asking this question if it was for 4 pints so get a Friend to drive you to work don't risk it
