Well, if your posting this ok then id say just give into it and go to sleep you should be fine..Is is really really hard to overdose on bennadryl.

What do you mean you overdosed?
Did you take more than you intended?
Did you take more than prescribed?
Did you take more than you usually take?

hit the bed and sleep it off, in the future see a doctor before taking and medicine.

REST IS THE ONLY WAY.... TRY TO SLEEP FOR A WHILE AND THEN WHEN YOU GET UP DRINK COFFEE OR POP!
