There is this toothpaste called Crest Vivid White- It's like $3 or something- That stuff is the bomb!!! When I first started using it my teeth got like 10 shades whiter in like 2 weeks.
It's better than the Crest Whitestrips because it's alot cheaper- the whitestrips are like $25 and you have to leave the whitestrips in your mouth for like 30 minutes- It gets very uncomfortable.

cavities and eatingfood like coffee,tea,
cola which stain the teeth.Tobacoo and
some antibiotics also cause stains.
Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen
peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient.
A cheap and natural tooth whitening home
remedy uses few strawberries but certain

Do not use crest white strips. Do not use crest vivid white. It's a waste of money. You won't get any results. The product is not strong enough to work, especially if your teeth are very stained. If you want results see your dentist. Yes it is expensive but you will get it done right. You must be ready for the sensitivity which occurs during the procedure and sometimes lasts for awhile afterwards.

I have heard that "Crest Whitestrips" work but you have to have perfectly straight teeth for them to work because you stick them to your teeth. They won't work if your teeth are crooked but the commercial doesn't tell you that. It needs to be a smooth and even surface.

baking soda does the trick...seriously :) plus, there are teeth whitening strips that you can buy.

For over the counter, creast white strips work best. very effective.

BRUSHING YOUR TEETH TWICE A DAY, CUT BACK ON THINGS THAT WILL STAIN YOUR TEETH COFFEE, TEA, ETC

I KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO RINSED WITH A 50/50 MIX OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND WATER.
