Any toothpaste approved by the ADA, or CDA that contains fluoride and that you like the taste of. If you like the taste you will brush for longer. It is the effect of the bristles on the teeth that actually clean them not the quantity of bubbles.

The whitening ingredient in toothpaste is not on the teeth long enough or in a high enough concentration to effectively whiten teeth. Any whitening effect is probably from the removal of plaque and stain rather than true whitening of the enamel.

Colgate Total 12 whitening gel. And also make a point to clean ur teeth after having any sweets, tea or coffee, as the stains from tea and coffee are difficult to remove once they are set.

pick whatever. My dentist has always told me it is not the toothpaste that matter so much as in how well you are brushing and most importantly flossing. If you don't do anything else you need to floss your teeth. I just like whatever tastes good and makes my teeth feel clean.

what ever kind you prefer. As long as it has floride in it. I wouldt use to many of the whitner ones and all that crap, they tend to be really abrassive and can strip the enamel. and do more harm than good. especially if your already a hard brusher.
