Islam is the religion of peace, kindness, and respect...It's the last religion that God sent to people, and Muhammed (P&PBUH) is the last Prophet from God

I think it's like any religion - it's a concentual hallucination.
I find it disturbing how deeply intertwined Islam is with politics.
It sanctions a lot of revenge and violence and self-censorship - something I wouldn't normally expect from a religion.
It tends to focus on the wrongs of non-Muslims more than it tries to prepare Muslims to be good people.
Sorry if that bothers you, but that's what I've seen and that's how I feel about it.
