Deep conditioner seals your cuticle layer, and fills holes that you may have in your hair with protein. You should deep condition once a week. I can't really suggest a brand, but if you go to a salon, they should be able to tell you something.

Combat the damage of chemical treatments, coloring, heat styling and environmental pollution by deep-conditioning your hair on a regular basis. This will help replenish lost moisture and keep locks shiny and resilient.

iam using john Firenda conditioner becuase of it contains high silicone level

deep conditioning gets into all the hair and roots and leaves it soft and manageable . you will need to use more because your hair is thick. nexus , suave, tresseme, are a few excellent conditioners.
