My dog gets all natural dog food...no by product or anything, and yet she farts like all the time. It smells really bad....like rotten eggs, any suggestions as to how I can help with this?

Just as there are certain foods that will make you gassy but not another person, certain foods will make your dog gassy but not someone else's dog.

Try changing her diet. If the all natural food that you are using now contains a lot of veggies that could easily be the answer.

I just have to comment on a story by James Herriot, in one of his "All things..." books.
He wrote about a boxer named Cedric, the beloved pet of a high society type lady. Cedric passed gas frequently with terrible odor.
Finally he ended up living in a nice country home with a man who had lost his sense of smell.
Herriot is a great storyteller....every animal lover should read at least one of his books.
And I am not sure if I spelled his name correctly.

A great food you may wanna try would be "Natural Balance" less stool and way less stinky farts.

It might be food allergies. You could try buying a hypoallergenic food and see if that helps. Otherwise I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions.

It sounds like something could be wrong with her intestines or something. Your vet can diagnose the problem and give you the best advice.

It still is probably her diet. Try something else instead and you will find the right food for her.
