Twinkies are yellow cake with a sugary cream filling. They are overly sweet and greasy. Be prepared for the partially hydrogenated heartburn that follows!!!!!!

they taste okay. It is just cake with vanilla cream in the middle, but I really think they add sugar, because they are terrible for you.
