Noticed a few previous answers suggest it could be an allergy? To what though ? Mint or artificial additives?

I bet they are sugar free and she is allergic to them.

Strong mints make me sneeze too. It's something about your sinuses

Its because something in mint can shrink mucus membranes, which causes a tickling sensation and then a sneeze! Great if you have sinus problems :-D

i have no idea, but if i have a strong mint, or chewing gum, i then sneeze too

I dont know but my Mum has mints when she has indigestion, cos they make her burp!

some mints irritate the olfactory nerves, enough to make mucus build up. :) use altoids!
