1) Wash your face with a good cleanser
2) Exfoliate with cleansing grains 3-4 times a week.
3) Use a good moisturizer (Oil of Olay isn't expensive).
The glow comes from removing dead skin and adding a bit of oil from moisturizers. They have a skin care thread at Kimkins.

There are many products you can use, such as deep cleansers, exfoliants (they help remove old, dead skin ) and other cosmetic remedies. You can also consult a good dermatologist for their advice. Also eating healthy and regular excersize are very important.
