You might want to check them for fleas first. A safe thing to use for kitten shampoo is dawn dish detergent. I have fostered a lot of kittens in the last 2-3 years and giving them a bath when they are as young as 4 weeks is a BAD idea. If you do give them a bath though make sure you dry them with a hair dryer set on low because if you leave them wet a cold chill can kill them. I recommend taking them to the vet right away. If you cannot dilute their formula with some water to help with the diarrhea. You do not feed kittens like babies, so dont feed them on their back. Just place the kitten in your lap and hold the bottle up to their mouth and they should act appropriately. Also you can give them pedialyte for dehydration. If pedialyte is not available you can use gatorade if you have no other choice. The main thing to remember is to potty them with a damp towel and keep them warm. Potty them by rubbing their genital area and dont stop wiping until they have finished going to the bathroom. Another main thing that will help is to keep them warm by placing a heating pad in their box set on low. Anything higher may burn them. Only place the heating pad on half the box and place it underneath the box. Make sure their are no cold drafts in the room. Good luck to you and your kitties! I hope this helps!

Don't bathe them unless they have fleas, they may get chilled and get pneumonia if you do. However if they have fleas it's worth the risk because fleas will suck so much blood they become anemic and die as a result of that. Where's the kittens mom? If they have a sudden change of diet that will cause the diahrea, and by four weeks they are old enough for soft canned kitten food and plain water, that might be better tor them right now. It'll help their bowels form. Also, see if you can't get some electorlytes to help keep them hydrated. If their eyes get crusty, they start coughing or sneezing, or don't walk right it's time to take them to the vet because those are signs of somthing much more serious going on. Good luck.
If you have time let me know how they are doing.

You can bath them but be sure to put in a box and us a hair dryer on med heat and not too close to get them dry. Then may want to put a heating pad under their box or what ever you are keeping them in.Dont let it get too hot either. Can give a tiny bit of milk of mag to help stop the scours. Some times the milk can cause that if they were half starved when you started.
If its been more than 24 hours of bad direaha may want to have a vet check them out.

i would suggest taking them to the vet to insure they will be ok----although i know not everyone can aford that-------see if another brand of kitten milk works better and jsut monitor them-----make sure you should be able to start feeding them soft cat food at 4 weeks---just a little bit this may help too
