My cat is really lovable sometimes, but othertimes, she will get really vicious and claw the crap out of me and leave scars, and I don't want to get rid of her.

Hey, NEVER use a used syringe, its really dangerous. Go to the doctor and get checked out, tell the doctor and ask for the works. If you continue self harming in this way, start buying syringes or fit packs from the chemist, make sure that you wipe down the area that you are going to inject with an alcohol swab. There are also services that give people free new syringes. Don’t use the same syringe twice and make sure it is carefully disposed of, through a sharps container and taking them to a syringe disposal service. You also need to be very careful about air bubbles, don’t push air or blood back, it can be a very painful death. Don’t draw to much blood either. Don't inject anything around the house, like meds or chemicals, it will kill you, you'd be better of on heroin than that. Do you have someone you can talk to? Make sure you find someone who you trust and feel comfortable with to discuss your self harm and other emotions and things that are happening in your life. Try and find a professional if possible

Please don't let anyone pull her claws out (literally like pulling out your nails). Watch her physical signals - learn to talk cat!
If the end of her tail "tics" - twitches - or her ears go back or her browline goes flat, straight across she's had enough so leave her alone.
My cats will get all comfortable on my lap and be soooo happy they start clawing (we call it "making puddings"). This sometimes leaves little claw marks, pinpricks - but I don't care really. If things get a little too sharp I'll just move and off they get.
By the way if you look at your cat and close your eyes (a slow blink) this translates as a cat kiss. When she's happy and relaxed she'll probably do it back Take your time, she'll be worth it.

She's getting overstimulated. I have one llike that. She begs to be petted but then if you do, she lashes out. Don't pet her, Just talk to her and let her rub against you or let her roll around. She'll enjoy it a lot more.

Smack her,not to hard, not to light, lock her up in a room for 20 min, then check on her,see if that setles her down.

clip her nails or get it declawed. the cat doesn't know it's hurting you, so giving it away would be stupid.
