My husband is 11 years older than me and we've been married 14 years. Sometimes there is a generation gap, but I think that is only due to personality. In our church, the pastor went over various traits of the generations and my husband was more like the WWII generation than his own, and I was more like the current generation than the busters. So it's like he's a grandfather with a perpetual teenager to raise. Geesh!
Not really. I love his maturity. He balances me. He loves my spontaneity. I balance him. I'm not sure age matters as much as finding the right person for you.

It really depends on the decade of age difference:
If you have a 18 year old and a 28 year old....that probably won't last. But if you're 27 and the other is 37, I don't see why it wouldn't last. Two of my aunts have husbands who are 20 years older than they are, and they both stayed married until death did they part. It isn't really the age that matters as long as you are both mature and enjoy being with each other...but no relationships last unless you are willing to WORK HARD at them. Age shouldn't matter if you are willing to do that.
Oh yeah...make sure it's legal. Don't want any statutory rape reportings out there....
Good luck!

Yes, but some of it depends on the ages. Are we talking about a 20 and 30 year old, 40 and 50 year old? 15 and 25? 12 and 24?
interesting you said "girl" and "Man"

My husband and I are 10 years apart and we love each other dearly. There are times where I will do things that are immature but there are times where I think he is an old fart...but I love him so much and teaches me things about life.

well its all in your mind.............. how was it a great success in the old days when there was no proper count of age??? Just that the couple has to have an extraordinary understanding between themselves which is really rare as it turns out to be a partial generation gap and different wavelengths of thoughts... as I said EXTRAORDINARY understanding!!!!
