I'll get a patent for it. then i will start selling it to neighbors, at work, friends and family members, if this works enter it in all kind of food competitions and contests. Then if you win you'll benefit from the exposure and maybe get a contract with a local manufacturer or market to get some kind of production up and running so you can start selling locally in a couple stores and on line. Then make sure that a lot of people writes to all the food network travel food shows about how good is your stuff so they can come to you and make a segment on one show. Then work hard and probably harder than ever in your life to get it off the ground and all over the place.

Don't re invent the wheel. There are lots of ways to make money. louanching a new product onto the market is very difficult.

Make sure it is marketable get enough together then put out an add saying you want to collaberate with some people on a cookbook then you all get royalties everytime a copy is bought.

look up how to create my own ingredients labels .Your local community college can also help I can't think of the name maybe university extension center. they can help you apply for your ingredients label help in designing your packaging and help you apply for government funding. My friend started grandmas homemade egg noodles this way.
