What does he mean?
I am in 7th grade and my bf is in 8th grade. He is very sweet, and considerate, but very shy.
Last night he came over for the 1st itme. We watched a movie (sat 3 inches apart) and talked. He mentioned that his mom invited me over today. I didn't really think he was serious, but when he was leaving he says "So do you think you can come over tomorrow?" right in front of his dad and mine. I told him 2 call me today. Well.......it's almost 3 pm, and he hasn't called or emailed. I am not going to call him b/c it would sound desperate or something. Do you think he was serious? What should I do?

What are things that she phrased? Add detail so i can better understand. I think you should just wait for him to call you back, you made an attempt by calling yesterday ,what more can you do? He may feel the same way you feel. He may feel like he will look desperate if he asks you again. Just wait and see what happens, play it by ear. Good Luck!

yea if he ended up asking you again..and infront of both parents....yea, that sounds pretty serious....don't worry too much about him not calling though...maybe something important just came up and he really couldn't make that phonecall..next tiem you two meet up see if he says anything about it...
if he doesn't and your still really curious about the whole thing..it wont' hurt to ask him about it...if you feel weird though about asking him yet want to... ask him in a jokingly way about the whole thing?

You are never too young, but don't let time turn you into the ticker on the clock. Don't worry if he is serious or not, just be sure to be ready if or when he comes.
