if you put noodles in before the water boils ive put the noodles in all the time when the water is at normal temp....im talking about ramon noodles or is it ramen i dont care, but ive done it like like whenever i eat them and it hasnt made a difference...........................

Well if it works for you either way, I would not worry about it. I think the reason for allowing the water to boil first is so the noodles do not sit in the water and turn to mush. Good luck and God bless enjoy your Ramen or Ramon Noodles

I can't say about ramen noodles, but for egg noodles if you put them in cold water and then boil them up all at once they cook too long and get really rubbery.

You must like chewy noodles ;-)

I KNOW WHY!!! you put the noodles in after the water boils because they cook faster that way. If you put the noodles in when you put the water in it takes more time and energy since you have to wait unil the water AND the noodles heat up.

Just kidding...I don't think there is much you could do to destroy ramen noodles.

i know if you add a tablespoon of oil the noodle will not stick
