I dreamed that I somehow was able to see her writing her journal, and she had read a verse from the Bible (I don't think that verse in my dream is actually in the Bible) which had made her question whether she would go to heaven. She was horrified and cried and cried at the terrible realization that she would go to hell.
The "verse" which she had read was something like this:
"Those who _______ cannot be considered my children and will not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven." I can't remember what filled in the blank. But it was something not very bad at all. And so far as I know, nothing like it is in the actual Bible.
What could this mean? Why would I dream that?

first of all this shouldn't worry you. If you are sure that your mom is a christian than she wouldn't go to hell, no matter what she did. The Bible says that no man can be separated from him if he has accepted him. So don't worry. And if you keep worrying, just pray.

Forgive me if I am presumptuous. Your Mother is you in the dream. You are searching and maybe are confused by all the different rules and regulations you are encountering. You were crying because you wonder if you are violating some unknown rule that bars you from Paradise.

There may be a big difference of opinion between you and your mom
your sub-consc is seeing her going to hell...as you thnk yourself as correct her as wrong on some very serious matter

Who doesn't fear going to hell?I sure do. It may mean just that, that your mom is scared of it. Doesn't mean she isn't going to heaven or anything. As long as she accepts Jesus into her heart and has faith in him she will be fine.

this could mean that her faith isnt strong enough.
ask her to open her heart more to jesus and if she has repented and lives for him she will go to heaven.
and as for you perhaps it means for your faith to get stronger and for you and your mum to work together on this
