You can't, they are not even remotely related.

Mhz means Megahertz, or millions of cycles per second.

Watts is a measure of power.

Megahertz is the unit of measurement for audio/sound/radio waves, and watts are the unit of measurement for power.

That is the watts are how POWERful the sound is, and megahertz is the FREQUENCY of the sound your hearing or measuring.
