off the top of my head, Rum and Diet.

of Course you can do straight shots of vodka, which would be lower yet, but why kill yourself.

I have been on the South Beach Diet for six weeks now, and the best thing that is lowest in calories and carbs is diet soda and a shot of rum, vodka, bourbon, etc. It is better to drink that than build the calories up on beer.

NO POP AND NO BEER! Substitute pop for say water with a splash of Cranberry. That is VERY low calorie. Here are some other ideas......

Water - splash of lime juice (bar lime)
Water - splash of pineapple, orange or grapefruit juice

Those are all very very low calorie drinks. The only calories you are getting are from that of the alcohol.

Miller Lite has 97 calories, and only 3.2 carbs. Someone told me that Vodka and grapefruit juice is also very low in calories, but I didn't like the taste at all. I hope this helps.
