this question only really applies to people who can successfully project. i can get into a deep trance and at that point i get intense vibrations going through my body, but at this point how do i actually get out? if i try to move then either i cant move at all or my physical body moves. any help is much appreciated!

You look for the point where you left and return back.
Oh, wait, you never actually left.

It's not about "getting out" it's about being free and at peace in where you already are.

If you're in a corrupt envronment and in a spiritual sense as well, it will never happen. You must be surrounded by silence or able to tune it out. Forget it otherwise.

slow your vibrational rate, and explore movement by moving your mind inward and traveling throughout your own body.

when you have got some movement then i usually follow the spinal cord up to the base of my neck and focus on that point as an exit. when you exit leave some visible (in an astral sense) thread or guide to help you get back to your body.

i use a mental visualisation of a ball of light exiting my body to help with the mental aspects of actually leaving the body.

You can ask people in the asylum. One medium came there and almost differentiate a ghost from an astral projection by the patients.

i have the same problem as you .. i get to a certain point and then i just cant do it
i sometimes feel sick when i do ... a nauseating feeling
