Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. The first thing to do is to learn to spell words and use punctuation correctly. Ignorance turns off more people than excess weight ever will!
As for your weight, cut out soda pop and sweets. Drink lots of water. Eat whole grain breads, cereals and pastas. Fill up on salads (minus dressings) and veggies. Consume fruits and fruit juices in moderation. Allow yourself one small sweet treat (about the size of your thumb) per day so that you don't go completely crazy with craving!
And, EXERCISE! Basically, do anything ... just MOVE! Walk, jog, dance, lift weights, play team sports, etc. Find something you enjoy and get with it.
All this is easy for me to say ... hard for me to do!! I, too, am "hefty" and have been for a number of years. I'm not very successful at doing all the above things and taking the weight off, but I manage well enough that I haven't gained any more weight for about 10 years now ... and at my age, that is something!

I'm not! she has a Christin series you might like! www.walkawaythepounds.com i have lost ton's of weight and inches to! i'm 24 5'5 and 260lbs i was 293lbs been working out with her for only 4 months! 4 days a week an hour at a time. i cut out all my sugar's drink tons of water. i ate what i wanted just no fast food or fryed food's! if i can do it you can to! gl and happy workouts~

try to keep active lots of exercise and walking outside for at least a halfhour a day nonstop meaning no stops in between walks plus dieting as well and try not to get stressed as the commercial on tv for relacor says that stress can lead to fat growth

go to the doctor, he will give you some appetite suppressants or diet pills... there is no secret weight loss thing.. you just have to start eating right and exercise, even if it seems impossible.. it has to be a life altering thing, not a quick fix

ok, if u want to loose weight badly enough, u'll automatically say no to a lot(keywords) of bad food. take time to excercise every evening(or morning be4 a shower). eat good(as in healthy), and set aside one day of each week where u can eat ur fav unhealthy food(not too much of it)

You can start running/swimming and doing some abs exercises at home. However, I'm not sure if you're overweight. It all depends how tall you are.
