What does a person need to include in his diet. Is a high carbohydrate diet along with a high protein diet necessary. And why do these need to be included in a diet.

High protein definitely, because protein builds muscle, thats why body builders use protein shakes. If you don't add enough protein, you will gain muscle, but very very very very slowly.
