The thing about toothbrushes is they always end up smelling bad, there isn't just one toothbrush that you could use for the rest of your life. Just replace it every other month, of course there will be a lot of different opinions on the time to replace your toothbrush.

If your toothbrush smells replace it right away!!! Your supposed to replace it every 3 months. If your new one begins to get a funky odor I would go to the dentist. You could have a bacteria problem!!!

Toothbrush should be replaced every 3 months or if you get sick...like a cold or infection on any kind. Smelly toothbrush...ah yes...throw it out and go and buy a new one afterall they are only a couple of dollars... keep a stock of them at home incase it happens again...

Yes, I would replace it. With the next one try putting it in the dish washer at least once per week. This will help with the bacteria that sits on your brush and causes the smell, It will last a lot longer as well. It will also help prevent the spread of germs. I wash everyones toothbrushes here once per week in the dishwasher.
Hope you consider it,

Trash it and get a new one.
Remember to replace toothbrushes about every two months.
And if your next one gets fouled up quickly, you might want to look for some better toothpaste or use some mouthwash.

You need to replace your toothbrush every 3 months or so. When you get a new one, you could give it a 30-second soak in Listerine every day. That's what I do.

Replace it. dental experts say that u should change your toothbrush every 3 - 4 months because the bristles get worn in usage.

What do you think? you should change it every 3 month and there is a reason for that, First because some studies demonstrate that it take 3 month for all the bacteria that is in your bathroom coming, from your toilet, to start developing in your tooth brush and second for the efficiency of the bristles. Close your toilet every time you flush it

Any dentist would recommend that you replace your toothbrush every three months. The bristles loose their effectiveness, and, for hygenic purposes. Soft to medium bristles are gentler on your gums.
