Actually acknowledging that you are a sinner is the first part of becomming a Christian. The early believers were tax collectors, prostitutes, fishermen. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. But when we turn from our sins and follow Christ's teachings and recieve him as our Savior, then we are saved from our sins.
This doesn't mean we reach a state of perfection in this life. Think of it more in terms of our sins being covered. God sees us as in his Son. When we acccept Christ, God takes the righteousness of his son and imputes it to us. Yes, it is a mystery that I don't fully comprehend, yet I believe it is what the scriptures teach. And that is a matter of personal belief.
This makes me personlly very grateful and makes me not want to sin. Having the Holy Spirit in me to lead me and guide me helps me to say no to sin. That doesn't mean I never sin, but when I do I can confess it and be forgiven. No of us is perfect. Just because we are believers doesn't mean we have lost the capacity to sin. But, that should make us more dependant on God and staying close to him so we don't blow it again.
People who willfully sin after supposedly accepting Christ, I would doubt that they truly are saved. But, that is just my understanding of how God's grace works when it its applied to our lives.

yes, Jesus died for our sins. he came for us sinners. but once we accept Him as our Lord (being the master of your life w/c is a call to obedience) and Savior, then we are saved from our sins. Jesus being a Savior in our lives should not just stop their but He should also be the Lord over our lives. w/ regards to the question, having Jesus in our lives would mean turning away from all sins. Since we're not Christ but humans, even Christians do sin. That's why there's repentance. It's turning away from all our sins. It's about hating sin. And we cannot change instantly. That's why we need Christ everyday. If Christians are perfect, then we don't need God anymore? :D BUT, if a Christian keeps on repeating the sin that he already repented, the real question is, DID he really accept Christ as his Lord and Savior ? But the thing is, we cannot actually judge a person if he's a real Christian or not, only God knows who are His.

you don't understand what you're saying
that is a contradiction in itself
if you are a true Christian you have been saved and it is you life-goal to live as Christ-like as possible
if you say you are a Christian but you keep sinning and use God's grace as a crutch that crutch will fail you in the end. You never really got saved because there is a transformation when you are truly saved
we all sin even after we get saved and He will forgive us because He knows that we sincerely want to sere Him

No.
Hebrews 10:26: "For if we practice sin willfully after having received the accurate knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice for sins left"
So, no, that is not an excuse to do whatever you want.

I don't know any Christian who doesn't know that he or she is a sinner saved by grace. The bible says that in us, is no good thing. I am only acceptable to God through my faith in His son....whose righteousness is imputed to me because I believe in Him.

I don't know any Christians that pretend that real Christians can't do evil! Christians are still sinners and still sin. God does not make them perfect or sinless. He just forgives them of all their sins (past, present and future). Has that ever happened to you? Here is how!
How to be Saved from Your Sins!
The Holy Bible in Hebrews 11:6 says “But without faith it is impossible to please him (God); for he that cometh to God must believe (have faith) that he (God) is, and that he (God) is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (God).” Parentheses mine!
The only way you can be saved from your sins and go to heaven when you die is to, by faith, acknowledge that the Lord Jesus Christ is the only true and living God (Romans 10:9-10 “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus {that Jesus is Lord} and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believed unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”). You must acknowledge the fact that the blood Jesus Christ shed for you at Calvary is the only thing that can forgive, remove and cleanse you from all you sins. You must, by faith, acknowledge you are a sinner (Romans 3:23 “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” and Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”) needing forgiveness of all your sins and turn from all your sins to live for Jesus Christ the rest of your life. You must, by faith, ask Jesus Christ to forgive all your sins and invite Jesus Christ to come into your heart and life to live there forever. (John l :12 But as many as received him, to them gave he the power to come sons {children} of God, even to them that believe on his name.” You must, by faith, give your heart and life to Jesus Christ to live for Him day by day. You must then, by faith, seek to please Him, love, honor and obey Him as best you know how. All of this is what is meant when the Lord Jesus Christ said: “Jesus answered, and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto, Except a man be born again , he cannot see the kingdom of God (go to heaven).” You were born physically into your earthly family. To go to heaven you must be born again spiritually into your heavenly family, God's spiritual family. Salvation is a free gift. You cannot work for it. You cannot be good enough to earn it. You must, by faith, receive it as a free gift. (“8For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9Not of works, lest any man should boast.”) Ephesians 2:8-9.
You must learn to read The Holy Bible to learn how to live for Him. If you never have, I pray you will do all this today, without delay. YOU CAN TALK TO JESUS CHRIST JUST LIKE YOU WERE TALKING TO ANYONE ELSE. HE IS A PERSON JUST LIKE YOU, EXCEPT, OF COURSE, HE IS HOLY AND SINLESS.
