He's always referencing the Koran ... like in "Israfel" & "Aaraaf" ... and he also seem to be Christian in many of his other pieces like 'The Tell tale Heart' or 'The Premature Burial' ... dunno.

Poe wrote many silly things...it seems he wanted to know how gullible people were...

I wonder if he ever told anyone what religion he really was-or if he was even religious...
