I think some do, yes. What makes it hard, when you have to pick an answer, you HAVE to leave some type of feedback, at least it won't let me proceed until I have and I wonder, how those who choose my answer as best, they don't leave any feedback. So, is this wrong? Is this chatting? News to me.

It's certainly possible that some people behave this way.

Certainly NOT the intent nor the goal of Y!A tho. Don't know why some people would want to act like that.

Yes and personally I see nothing wrong with "chatting" sometimes it helps to get the question understood.
