If you have autumn leaves falling in your yard or in a nearby park go pick some up of different colors, wipe them off, and make a collage onto construction paper, or use one to make turkeys for thanksgiving. Carve pumpkins (you use the knife) together or even make some pumpkin bread or muffins and let her help you measure the ingredients etc.

A fun fall craft is to take leaves that have falled or about to fall, put them under a piece of paper, and rub a crayon over the paper. It makes pretty leaf prints.

Take a walk outside and gather a few fall leaves and make pencil rubbings of the leaves.
Draw a tree trunk with branches and use crushed fruit loops or fruity pebbles as the leaves.
Cut out ghosts and bats from construction paper and hang them up.

do you have construction paper??? if so make pumpkins or ghosts for halloween and for fall have her make "wax" leaves...gets some really nice looking leaves and put them in wax paper (on both sides)
another idea would be to make ghost out of suckers (tootsie pops work the best) and tissues, tie a string around the sucker and then put a nose, eyes and a mouth on the tissue. You then can string them together and hang them up or leave them apart and hand them out to the trick-or-treaters. if she is going to be there on halloween let her help hand them out

Make a mask for her to wear on Halloween such as an animal or something.
Carve a small pumpkin. They have small pumpkins at wal mart for like $2.
Make a candy necklace out of candy corn and other candies for her to wear and make a matching bracelet.
