That's Selma Hayek. She's a mexican of spanish and lebanese heritage, and judging by this pic I'd say her skin is olive.

Isn't that Selma Hyak(no spell), if it is then I am pretty sure she has olive tone skin. However, in that picture she was heavily made up-almost looking kinda fair.
