My grandma made the best cuke and onion pickles. I grew up on sweet relish, but I love dill spears and dill relish in salads and tartar sauce. I love them all.

I think my appetite for pickled veggies (and even pickled watermelon rind) is because of the fact I do not use much salt in my cooking and never put it on my food.
Judging by how many types of pickle take up shelf space in the supermarkets I think it is a popular food.

Yes, I love them.Vlassic has zesty pickle spears that have a little heat to them but are great.
This sounds weird but I never place pickles in my meals such as hamburgers. They have a tendancy to overpower anything Im eating. So, when I eat them and I eat them often.I just usually eat them out of the jar.Gross I know lol.My sisters are the same way and my husband as well

In my fridge are:
sweet gerkins for the hubby
sweet dill strips for me
midget kosher dill for the grandaughter
big sour dills for the grandson
watermelon pickles for me (a special treat because they are pricey)
Yep, people love pickles!

I like sweet pickled onions, big ones, gherkins, and Chinese pickled cabbage. Pickles make my forehead prickle.
